At Od Kulina Bana, each piece is created with intention. Many of our products are made on demand after an order is placed, which means the garment is produced specifically for you based on the item, size, color, and quantity selected at checkout.
Because of this made-to-order process, our refund and return options are limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
Most OKB products are produced only after an order is confirmed. Since these items are not mass-produced or pulled from standard inventory, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color.
Before completing your purchase, please review the product details, size information, color selection, shipping address, and order quantity carefully.
When We Can Help
We will review your order if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product. In these cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the issue.
To report a problem, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the product and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items

Returns We Generally Cannot Accept
Because our products are made on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- The wrong size was ordered.

- The customer changed their mind.
- The item was ordered by mistake.
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly.
- The customer no longer wants the product after production has started.
- The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Size and Fit
Please review the available product information before placing your order. Fit may vary slightly depending on garment type, fabric, cut, and manufacturer.
We cannot guarantee that every item will fit every customer exactly as expected. If you are unsure between sizes, we recommend checking the product details carefully before ordering.
Color and Print Variation
We do our best to show product colors, designs, and mockups accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, garment material, and print method.
Minor variation in color, texture, print placement, or print appearance may occur and does not always qualify as a defect.
Shipping Issues
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs, weather, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or delivery location first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will review what options may be available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we may not be able to offer a refund or free replacement.
If the order is returned to the fulfillment provider, additional production or shipping costs may apply before the item can be resent.
Order Cancellations

If production has already started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
